Counselling enables individuals to explore personal issues within a safe, non-judgemental and confidential setting. The aim is to help clients gain a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships so that they can live their lives more effectively.

There are times in each of our lives when feelings and circumstances can overwhelm and confuse us. Counselling will help.

The counselling I offer will help with many problems including: stress, depression, bereavement and loss, anxiety and panic attacks, self-harm, post-natal depression, illness, relationship breakdown, redundancy or you may be feeling stuck and overwhelmed and need to find a way forward.

I use an integrated approach, drawing on a range of skills and techniques, (including CBT), taking my lead from what is most appropriate for each client.

My aim is always to help my clients to help themselves in order to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
